It is a destination for families and recent immigrants who come together to create a culturally rich and vibrant community. Sunset Park is easily accessible by public transportation, with three subway lines and multiple bus routes serving the neighborhood.
The Sunset Park Business Improvement District is looking for new businesses to join our community of outstanding retailers and service providers. With a neighborhood population of over 100,000, our community continues to grow and thrive with a diverse and vigorous consumer market.
Through NYC Small Business Services and in partnership with other Sunset Park community service non-profits, the Sunset Park BID recently completed a comprehensive Commercial District Needs Assessment. Expect to find detailed reporting on street conditions, storefronts, vacancies, consumer and merchant priorities, and recommendations for improvements.
