The King of Fish is a Mexican Taquería and cocktail bar that provides a fantastic dining experience with delicious food and signature cocktails. Located at 4515 5th Avenue in Sunset Park, The King of Fish offers something for even the most discerning palate.  Their thick and soft homemade corn tortillas create the best seafood tacos on a plate and are the base for their delectable menu of shrimp, fish, octopus, and NEW lobster tacos, all loaded with pico de gallo and homemade sauces.  Their extensive menu options include amazing appetizers, crispy Mexican tostadas, perfectly seasoned deep-fried fish, and delicious desserts. It’s been said they have the best Agua Chile in town!

The King of Fish has been a popular destination in Sunset Park since opening in 2020.  It’s owner, Roger Asmar, is committed to offering customers the freshest seafood and superb cocktails, using only premium ingredients, along with the greatest service and ambiance in Sunset Park, New York City.  As you enter the doors of El Rey de Pescado, you are greeted with the dark and seductive cocktail bar atmosphere where you can savor their menu of fruity, spicy, or smoky cocktails made from mezcal, tequila, and vodka.  You are transported to a bright seaside atmosphere as you move towards the covered backyard dining area.

You can enjoy their full bar and traditional Mexican food menu featuring tacos, tostadas, quesadillas, and more seven days a week. Be sure to stop by for their weekday Happy Hour specials, and their brunch service on Saturdays and Sundays.
